We were trying to find this place near Senado Square in Macau but gave up as it proofed to be too challenging for us. To our surprise, they had a shop located just in the Venetian Hotel as we had assumed this place does not do franchising. Lucky us:)
Ordered their infamous pork chop bun and first impression was the size of it. The pork pieces were still oozing in the oil that they were cooked in and the buns must have been toasted to achieve that crunch texture. Overall not too bad. It did not come with any accompanying sauces/ relishes but I think it tasted fine without it:) Worth a try!
