Japan: Tokyo Disneyland

Visiting Disneyland has always been on my to do list since I was little and to finally be able to visit this iconic theme park was to fulfill that childhood dream of mine. We arrived mid morning and were fortunate that the theme park was not located too far from the city.

As we approached the park, excitement slowly built up in us and before we realized it, we have arrived at the ticket booth. Aud$80 per adult and after a quick bag check, we were in the park!

Be sure to use the fastpass to pre-book your tickets to selected rides so that you won't have to wait too long in line. The queues are horrendous here and surely you don't want to waste your time standing idly:(

Me: Hey, does turning this wheel make our cup move faster?
Sis: No, don't think so it should be automatic.

After a few handsfree moments...

Me: I think we are slowing down, let's move the wheel faster

And so..we were probably the fastest moving cup and saucer combo throughout our ride. And boy, did we walk out feeling dizzy haha.

Food is expensive here in Disneyland despite opting for the cheaper deals. We had a few baked goods between us. Not too bad but not the most filling choice.

Whilst the park was not what I have imagined it to be, I was pleasantly surprised to find a few favourites in the souvenir/ gift shop. First up is this Donald Duck hairclip. The quality of the fabric is sturdy and well made.

A must try if anything would be the pooh bear biscuits. Yes, skip the line for everything else. This is THE item to eat. I was so in love with these little bears and wished I had bought more:(
