Cocolat

Chocolate anybody? Cocolat has been around for some time and I reckon they may be one of the pioneer chocolate cafes in Adelaide. It is an excellent location for catching up with your peeps as this place can seat at least 30 patrons so you don't have to worry about making any reservations (unless if you are rocking up with 15 friends on a busy Saturday night!) I love how there's a nice variety of sweets to choose from like cakes, ice cream, waffles, crepe and the list goes on.

After visiting the Fringe a few weeks ago, my sister and I decided to fill ourselves with some chocolate-y goodness and wanted to go chill over a good cuppa. And so, we ended up here with a chai latte. Quick service and certainly affordable.

I was craving for some warm and thick chocolate sauce so I opted for this chocolate croissant. I would have liked to have an actual croissant that is chocolate flavoured but heck, I'm not complaining as long as I can satisfy my cravings. The croissant isn't the freshest piece of baked item on the block but that chocolate sauce is delicious...goes perfectly well with the whipped cream (there goes the waistline watch).

Moral of the story? Sharing is caring! :)
